Accommodation will be sold on a first come, first served basis. The deadline dates are:
6 weeks prior to the conference: 18th September 2023 – we add this date to encourage delegates to book.
2 weeks prior to the conference: 16th October 2023 – this is the date that the booking service will fully close for bookings.
